ModusApps Limited trading as ModusVert, a company incorporated in England and Wales with registered number whose registered office is at 16 Ambra Vale West, Bristol, BS8 4RD;

any third party that accesses the Website and is not either (i) employed by ModusVert and acting in the course of their employment or (ii) engaged as a consultant or otherwise providing services to ModusVert and accessing the Website in connection with the provision of such services; and
- For purposes of the applicable Data Protection Laws, ModusVert is the "data controller". This means that ModusVert determines the purposes for which, and the manner in which, your Data is processed.

Personal Information the App Collects
When you install the App, we are automatically able to access certain types of information from your Shopify account:
- Products and variants, along with any tags associated with them.
- Orders - details of which products sold per order.

We use the personal information we collect from you and your customers in order to provide the Service and to operate the App. Additionally, we use this personal information to: Communicate with you; Optimize or improve the App; and Provide you with information or advertising relating to our products or services.

When you place an order through the Site, we will maintain your Order Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information.
